Terms and Conditions

1.1. Client shall only use the digital files in accordance with the permissions within this agreement. The Client’s digital files are for personal use only OR in accordance with an expressly written licensing agreement negotiated between Client and Borcila Dorinel photography (“Photographer”). Digital files shall not be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use without prior consent by Photographer, or reproduced in any way by parties other than the Photographer.
1.2. Borcila Dorinel photography grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, personal-use only license to reproduce Digital Images via print or other physical media only for non-commercial use, including but not limited to reprints, enlargements, gifts to family and friends, slide shows, and web pages.
1.3. These Terms & Conditions (T&C) apply to all photography services provided by Borcila Dorinel Photography.
1.4. By booking a session with Borcila Dorinel Photography, clients agree to these terms.

2.1. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure the booking.
2.2. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the event date.
2.3 Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods.
2.4 Clients must book at least 30 days in advance of their event date. Bookings requested within 30 days of the event will not be accepted.

3.1. Cancellations by the client must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable.
3.2. If the client reschedules, efforts will be made to accommodate the new date without additional fees.
3.3. In case of cancellation by the photographer due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided, or a replacement photographer may be recommended.

4.1 The photographer will capture and edit images at their professional discretion.
4.2 Standard editing includes color correction, exposure adjustments, and minor retouching.
4.3 Additional retouching requests may incur extra charges.

5.1 Wedding photos will be delivered within 6-8 weeks; portrait sessions within 1 week.
5.2 Images will be provided through an online private gallery and password protected for download.
5.3 Clients can purchase prints or albums at additional cost through their online gallery.

6.1 The photographer retains copyright of all images.
6.2 Clients receive personal usage rights and may print or share images for non-commercial purposes.
6.3 The photographer reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

7.1 The client must provide necessary permissions for photography at venues.
7.2 The client is responsible for informing guests about photography arrangements.
7.3 Delays caused by the client or guests may impact the number of images captured.

8.1 The photographer is not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as weather, accidents, or venue restrictions that may impact photography.
8.2 While all reasonable care is taken, liability for any loss of images due to technical failures is limited to a full refund.

9.1 The Client may share blog post links and Facebook albums through use of the share functions and dissemination of direct links.
9.2 All images posted on social media may require a direct link or credit towards Borcila Dorinel photography.
9.3 Client shall not copy, screen shot, or capture the photographs in any other ways, as well as shall not significantly crop, edit, or add filters to any photographs.

10.1 Personal use ONLY:
-display on personal websites and computers
-making image prints or other physical media for personal use.

11.1 The Client may not:
-resell, relicense, sub-license, redistribute without express written permission from the Photographer
-use the media in a obscene, illegal, immoral, false, or defamatory manner
-incorporate the media into trademarks, logos, or service marks without express written permission from the Photographer

12.2 None of them can be copied, used, or published for commercial purposes without Borcila Dorinel photography's clear permission to do so.
12.3 Borcila Dorinel photography reserves the right to use all of Client’s images on website, blogs, or any other related marketing material.

13.1 At Borcila Dorinel photography, we aim to provide high-quality digital products, including stock photos, digital artwork, and more. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we have a strict no refund and no return policy in place:
-once a digital file is downloaded, it cannot be "returned."
-our products are delivered instantly, and full access is granted upon purchase.

14.1 While we cannot accept returns, your satisfaction is important to us. If you encounter any issues with your purchase (e.g., corrupted files or missing content), please contact Borcila Dorinel photography at email: bdorinel.photography@hotmail.com.

15.1 By purchasing our digital products, you acknowledge and agree to this no-return policy.
